Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of the order date. We process orders Monday–Friday and do not ship on weekends or holidays. During holidays and sale seasons, please allow extra processing time.

Shipping time

After shipping, orders usually take 8–11 business days to arrive, so most orders arrive within 10–13 business days of the order date. Delays caused by carriers or customs may extend this time.

Shipping costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, worldwide.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information can take 2–5 days to update after shipping.

Multiple packages

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Changes and cancellations

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Please double-check your shipping address before ordering. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Customs, duties and taxes

Prices on our site are shown in US dollars and do not include import duties or taxes. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged when your order arrives in its destination country, as determined by your local customs office. These charges are the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or missing orders

If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us with your order number.
